Neighborhood Property Management was founded in 2012 as a property investment group focused in the Woonsocket, RI area. As local guys ourselves, we observed a large number of run down and condemned building and saw both a need and an opportunity to do something about it. The goal from the start was to provide safe, affordable housing to our tenants and years later that continues to be the foundation for our company. We believe that a good house can become a home and when people consider a place home they become a part of the broader community.
